Booking & Payment
How many people can play in one room?+
Each room is private and accommodates 1 to 6 players. You book the entire room - no strangers. Price scales at ~35 PLN per person.
Do I need to create an account?+
No account needed. Just fill in your name, email and phone at checkout. Confirmation arrives instantly by email.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major cards and bank transfers via Przelewy24 and PayU. Full payment required at booking. We do not store card data.
Can I use a voucher code?+
Yes - enter your code in the Voucher Code field during checkout. Value is deducted from your total automatically.
Games & Languages
What languages are available?+
All games are available in English, Polish, Czech, German, and Spanish. Choose your language when booking.
How difficult are the games?+
Each game has a rating: Easy, Medium, or Hard. Pop Culture and Music are accessible; Geography and Science are more challenging. All are designed to be fun regardless of the result.
Is it suitable for children?+
Players must be at least 12 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation & Changes
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Free cancellation up to 3 days before your session. Click the Cancel link in your confirmation email. Within 3 days a credit voucher may be offered instead of a cash refund.
What if I'm late?+
Your slot is reserved for the booked duration. Late arrivals still end at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Can I change game or language after booking?+
Yes - changes can be made up to 24 hours before your session by contacting us via email or phone.
Corporate & Groups
Do you do corporate events?+
Yes! Multiple rooms simultaneously, custom invoicing and dedicated event coordination. Get a quote.
Do you offer gift vouchers?+
Yes - fixed-value and game-specific vouchers available. See vouchers page.
Can we book multiple rooms at once?+
Yes - for groups larger than 6 we coordinate multiple rooms. Contact us directly for groups.
