1. General Provisions
These Terms govern use of Quiz Embassy services. By booking or purchasing you agree in full.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Maximum capacity per room is 6 persons.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 3+ days before receive a full refund. Within 3 days a credit voucher may be offered. No cash refunds for same-day cancellations.
4. Participation Rules
Minimum age 12. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated or disruptive participants.
5. Vouchers
Valid 12 months from purchase. Non-refundable. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Liability
Quiz Embassy is not liable for personal items lost on the premises. Technical failures entitle participants to a full rebook or refund.
